Research privacy supplement

You can take part without giving your name or email address. We collect your answers and a short professional profile — role, industry, organisation size and region — so results can be segmented (for example, by industry).

If you ask us to remember your details, we store that profile so you aren't asked the same questions again in a later study.

We never publish individual responses. Published findings are aggregated across all participants. We do not identify you, your employer, or attribute any answer to a person or organisation.

We record how long a survey took to complete, and we store a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your IP address. These let us detect duplicate and automated submissions that would otherwise distort the findings.

We do not store your IP address itself — only the hash, which cannot be reversed to identify you or your location.

A Speeki account is free and needs a business email address; we don't accept personal addresses. There is no password — we email you a secure sign-in link that expires after 30 minutes. One account works across Speeki's newsletters and research.

This portal uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service: your account sign-in session, your saved participant profile (if you asked us to remember it), and a session cookie for Speeki staff using the dashboard. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set by this portal. See the Privacy Policy for Speeki's cookie practices generally.
